This will be a once-in-a-lifetime six-hour seminar and celebratory event designed to empower and encourage women of all backgrounds to find their gold medal moment.

What’s Happening and When?
5-8 PM—Hear from an incredible lineup of women speakers, including Olympians, mental health advocates, talk show hosts, Bioengineers, Authors, Beauty Queens, humanitarians, and entrepreneurs.
8-9 PM — Meet and Greet the Honorary Guest Speakers. Guests will be given the cane to meet the speakers, get autographs, and a once-in-a-lifetime personal moment with the inspiring women. This seminar is open to women ONLY
9-11 PM — Celebrate in style during this Black tie event. Enjoy live music, dancing, and a vibrant atmosphere as we celebrate all of our successes and achievements. This afterglow is open to ALL men and women.

Oksana Chusovitina competed in eight consecutive Olympic games including 1992, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2016, 2020. She has represented three countries including Unified Team, Uzbekistan, and Germany. She holds multiple Guinness World Records including, oldest female Olympic gymnast. Chusovitina competed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics at the age of 46 years and 36 days. Chusovitina holds the record for the most individual world championship medals in a single event (nine, on the vault). She is also an International Gymnastics Hall of Fame member(inducted class of 2017) as well as a recognized Olympian (OLY).
Tatiana Gutus will speak at the event. At the 1992 Olympic Games, Tatiana brought home the gold in the women’s all-around artistic gymnastics competition and many other medals for Independent country of Ukraine. Her gold medal win was the first time the Ukrainian flag was raised and the anthem was played in the history of the Olympics. She also won five gold medals in the 1990 European Championships. Tatiana has continued on her journey and now is the owner of a successful gymnastics academy , Tatiana Gutsu Gymnastics Academy. Tatiana’s newest endeavor is the Empowerment Zone, where she empowers women to unlock their full potential and achieve their gold medal moment. Tatiana is also the proud founder of the Tatiana Gutsu Foundation which helps children all around the world as well as adults with special needs.
Eliz Nestrov is a guest speaker who is founder and CEO of Akaeva Consulting, a women owned company dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth, and to help women achieve their full potential and find their voice in themselves. Eliz is a Harvard graduate and the co president of the American Bulgarian Society, where she is continuously advocating for women.
Tetyana Didenko is a Certified Executive and Life Coach ICF, Body Language Expert, entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, and philanthropist who is Miss.Worldwide 2024. Tetyana is currently supporting Residings Hope’s residential program for children up to 17 years old. She is an advocate for families and children in need of assistance all over the state.
Neetu Rishi is a dynamic serial entrepreneur with two thriving ventures. She is the founder of The Success Door, a personal growth academy dedicated to empowering youth and adults to achieve their full potential. Her second enterprise, FLY Showcase, is an international production house specializing in pageantry and theme-based fashion shows, bridging creativity and glamour both globally and across the USA.
Dr. Michele Leno is a licensed psychologist and native of Detroit, known for her work as a mental health advocate. She currently writes for Psychology Today and serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). In addition to her advocacy and writing, Dr. Leno is the host of the TV talk show Dr. Michele Show: Mind Matters, where she explores important topics surrounding mental health.
Crystal Brown is the CEO and co-founder of CircNova, Inc which is an early stage biotechnology company that leverages our unique AI NovaEngine™ to identify, generate, and design circular RNA for therapeutic development. Crystal is a Detroit native and is currently residing in Boston.
The master of ceremonies for the evening will be Jessica Lane Harris who has been inducted into the NCAAU Hall of Fame, is an NCAA Gymnastics director for 10 years, has been host of National Championships for AAU and is President of Team North Carolina Gymnastics. Jessica has hosted many prestigious competitions and brings an exciting life energy to events and a remarkable presence of excellence in presenting ideas to large audiences making her the perfect choice to be master of ceremonies for the evening.
