Worldwide Gift of Fit

Once a month, Tatiana will host a live stream featuring a fitness workout designed for people of all ages. Tatiana has created this regular workout for anyone who does not have the opportunity to join a gym or pay for lessons.  Tatiana feels strongly that fitness should be accessible to everyone globally.  These workouts will be posted on Tatiana’s YouTube channel and available on-demand.  We encourage everyone to tune-in live once a month to see special guests and to interact with Tatiana.

This is a global Challenge! Tatiana will nominate a professional sports athlete monthly to help us with a workout the next month.
